Standard shipping is through UPS Ground or LTL Freight Carriers, and therefore we do not ship to PO boxes. Orders that are requested to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. Military APO/FPO address, will incur an additional shipping charge based on the product size and weight. This shipping option must be chosen at check out so that the appropriate fee will be applied to the order during checkout.
Shipping Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for LTL Freight transit time once your item has shipped. Because we cannot predict what our workload will be, no Health Pedal LLC employee can guarantee faster shipping.
Address Correction Fees: Orders that have been submitted to Health Pedal LLC with incorrect address information and have not been corrected before they are shipped may incur a $50.00 charge.
Incorrect address information would include: missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip code, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery.
Please double check your shipping address for accuracy! The $50.00 fee may be charged to Health Pedal LLC by Freight Carriers when packages are undeliverable due to lack of information or bad information in the address field. This fee will be billed to the credit card the order was originally placed under. If you feel you have been charged in error, please contact us at 800-407-0718 so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your cooperation.
Damaged Items and Lost Packages: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will determine next steps, including a new replacement unit.
Lost packages must be reported to Health Pedal LLC within 30 days of order placement. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Please contact us at 800-407-0718 as soon as possible if your order has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after 30 days from the original date of order placement.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order is submitted, any cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee. No Exceptions. This includes any refusal of the package from LTL Freight Carriers or any returned package to Health Pedal LLC. A restocking fee of 5%, and the return shipping fee, will be deducted from the customer’s refund if package is refused at time of delivery.
